“Eduniversal” is a French Société Anonyme with a capital of 1 561 027,80 Euros, headquartered at 19 avenue des Nations Unies, 92190 Meudon, France, duly registered with the French Companies Registry under number 399 207 729 R.C.S. Bobigny (hereinafter the “Company”).
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sales (hereinafter the “GTCs”) govern the contractual relationship between the Company and academic institutions (business schools, universities, or faculties) that purchase services relating to:
- TheEvaluation for Upgrade/Admission, which provides enhanced visibility and positioning of their institution or programs;
- The Eduniversal License/Membership, which provides licenses to use official certifications, logos, seals, and access to associated services and digital tools.
Any purchase of services implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these GTCs prevail over any other contractual document issued by the Customer.
Access to the Eduniversal membership is granted for a duration of three (3) years starting from the date of signature of the Order Form, unless expressly stated otherwise therein.
When payment is executed:
- On a monthly basis: the Customer undertakes to pay thirty-six (36) consecutive monthly instalments.
- On an annual basis: the Customer undertakes to pay three (3) annual instalments.
In both cases, the contract duration remains three years.
Three-year commitments are deemed final and binding. All sums committed for the three-year term shall remain due and payable in full under all circumstances, including in the event of total or partial discontinuation of use of the services by the Licensee. No refund shall be accepted or granted.
In consideration for the evaluation, selection, ranking, promotion, and licensing rights, the Customer shall pay Eduniversal the following fees (tariffs 2025):
- Participation in evaluation costs: €2,990 (excl. VAT) per institution ranked.
- Annual License Fee (variable according to the level of “Palmes of Excellence”):

Payments are due upon receipt of invoice, by bank transfer or credit card, according to the periodicity selected in the Order Form.
These conditions apply to each school individually and not to groups of institutions.
These GTCs (version of 15 May 2025) form an integral part of the contractual framework. In the event of contradiction between the GTCs and a specific Order Form, the latter shall prevail.
Eduniversal undertakes to:
- Implement the evaluation process in coordination with the International Scientific Committeec (ISC);
- Verify the data transmitted by the Customer and shared with the ISC for evaluation and rating;
- Communicate final results;
- Promote the ranking in accordance with the subscribed license.
The Customer undertakes to:
- Provide all information necessary for the evaluation and guarantee its accuracy;
- Accept the publication of results on Eduniversal platforms, in accordance with the GTCs and license agreement;
- Respect Eduniversal’s guidelines for the use of logos, seals, widgets, and certifications.
Eduniversal retains all intellectual property rights over its brands, logos, seals, widgets and certifications.
For the contractual duration, the Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Eduniversal License / Membership logos, seals, widgets or digital badges, strictly in accordance with Eduniversal’s guidelines.
Any unauthorized or misleading use shall be considered a breach, allowing Eduniversal to terminate the contract immediately and without refund.
The obligations of the Parties under this contract shall remain binding in the event of assignment, transfer, merger, demerger, partial transfer of assets, or any universal transfer of assets of the Customer or of Eduniversal.
Eduniversal may terminate the Agreement if the Customer fails to make payments or breaches its obligations, and does not remedy the default within 15 days of written notice.
The Customer may terminate the Agreement if Eduniversal fails to provide the contracted services and does not remedy the default within 15 days of written notice.
The Parties shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations caused by an event of force majeure as defined under French law.
These GTCs are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Nanterre, France.
